It is a place of magic and messages.
I went to Portugal, workshopping breath & The Bard, reciting a particular sonnet over and over.
Lo and behold, a year later in the magical indie bookshop, I see a book of sonnets and open it to the very SAME one that had been imprinted into my being.
I felt a distinct zing echo throughout my entire body and soul.
As if that wasn’t enough, I step over to another shelf and see a book I’ve been thinking about, full of the symbolic journeys we all embark on as the HERO.
The one particular phase in The Hero’s Journey that has been haunting me, is the EXACT PHASE I open THIS enchanting book to in the magical indie bookshop.
All within minutes of each other, these two finds found me.
And now the messages and magic of that day, that store and that moment are part of my spirit, something to lean on when spirits are lean. ✨
